001 Villa's VMBO
For the municipality of ZuidWijk Rotterdam, a study was conducted to examine the possibility of restructuring part of the area with a school campus.
As part of the study the sports program was designed as an integral part of the school using the existing urban fabric to develop buildings with a villa like quality.
By defining a slow and a fast route as a deformed athletic lane which connected the slow and the fast programs a specific urban design was created.
