Panoptic initiated a platform to achieve an inclusive Area Development in M4H Rotterdam by connecting the local creative entrepreneurs of the port area with the local inhabitants of the neighborhood Delfshaven with a placemaking strategy. Local Design exhibits and Design Markets, connected the local stakeholders.  The co-creation activities from the year 2012 until 2016 resulted in a 2000 square meter social makerspace in an empty industrial building in the hart of the Port Area of M4H, with five different production and learning facilities for starting design entrepreneurs and formerly unemployed inhabitants.
